Brendan Moran From Wikipedia

Brendan Moran (born July 16, 1976 in Elmhurst, Illinois) is an American television personality best known for his work as a co-host and field reporter on the G4 television program Attack of the Show! (formerly The Screen Savers). Moran previously worked as a producer for TechTV on TechLive and Fresh Gear. Moran attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. On Attack of the Show!, Moran was best known for his field reports on trivial, and often, cult-like conventions, such as the "Hard liquor and Porn Festival", although he also covered more serious technology events. He was often portrayed as a pathetic alcoholic, although he also had a recurring James Bond-like tech review segment (as "Agent Triple O") and had his own Shaft-like theme song about his prowess with the ladies ("Ladies love the man, but they just don't understand, he's Brendan Moran...") His Chicago-esque "sooooo"'s and his perpetual gum-chewing were often affectionately imitated by the show's other hosts, but he was apparently not amused. He also did sketches called "Brendan Moran's Book Club", in which he hosted a book club composed of women who were too busy gossiping to discuss the technology and science fiction books Moran attempted to introduce. In the final segment, it was revealed that the women were just waiting for Moran to leave so they could discuss the books, very much to his annoyance. Beginning in October 2007, Moran became co-host of Your Green Life, a half-hour, magazine show about sustainable living airing on San Francisco television station KOFY-TV (Channel 20). He also hosts "Retro Night" for the station. · Read more about Brendan Moran
